Day 2 of cleasning.. not bad as usual, i keep getting a little chill, but it's understandable when your drinking lots of Iced water.. I would love a shake w/chocolate cream crisp bar in it, but i can wait til tomorrow. I did Jillian Michaels "No More Touble Zones" workout, lets see how i feel tomorrow!! she says try doing it for 5 days a week for best results.. hope i can, not like it'll make that much of a difference before i leave.. but anything is better than nothing.. I'll keep you's posted over the next 9 days.. ttyl
I need to try one of those videos. Going to see a trainer so I look good for Celebration
