Yup, Summer's over and the slacking is done!! I'm on the "Race to Maintenance"
I'll be doing a couple of Shake days to get back in the grove of Healthy eatting and jumping in with my cleanse days to undo any toxic damage that i've done.. I haven't been drinking my water (well only on Derby practice nights) and i've been sneaking a couple of coffee's and some pepsi back into my days (and feeling crappy while doing it, but like a moth drawn to a flame, i've continued!!) oh and eatting drive thru like a rockstar! well enough is enough.. I'll be blogging my "Race to Maintenance" journey for ya's all to see. ttyl
