ok starting to "Track" my calories

I've just started using MyFitnessPal.com to start tracking my calories, and what a bummer i need to eat more!!! then i started to get some walking in and guess what.. now i need to eat EVEN more!! well i'm gonna keep tracking and walking because the fresh air and time alone does WONDERS for a person, and i'll hopefully get off this plateau that i've stumbled onto.. I'll keep you's posted.
