?? wth ??
Yup.. I think i feel ?? a muscle.. Ok Ok stop laughing!! everyone has them, so i MUST to right?? WELL last night at Derby practice we did DRILLS.. we've NEVER done them like that before, usually we strecth, skate.. do cones (cones, cones and more cones) but last night we KNEW we were in for something "different".. when your coach lines you up, timer and wistle in 1 hand and points to a lined trash can with the other hand and says "in the bucket & not on the floor" it only took us a second and a fleeting glance to know this was gonna be a practice unlike any practice we've ever had in our "newbie - fresh meat" life.. WELL after the skating, knee drops, sit-ups, push-ups, skating squats & 2 games of tag.. I didn't puke in the bucket or on the floor.. but i'll tell you i was sweating like a "whore in church"!! LOL.. looking forward to my Monday nights practice (i'll be missing this friday's practice with the "floor from Hell" because of my son's hockey game.. but i'll deffinately be doing some form of exercise to not LOOSE anything that i might have gained from this practice.. :)

Ok today is day 5... But now i'm thinking.. 166
Yup that's right.. I booked a trip today and now i've got 166 days to go!!
Now to map out a "game plan" set up my Calendar reminders on my laptop, to keep me "on the ball & AWARE!!" Lets see what i can do.. Putting my Vacation Thinking cap on and will be WORKIN IT!!

Day 2 of a 30 Day CHALLENGE (Oct 18, 2011)
I'm BEAT!! I know when you give up pop and coffee there's some withdrawls going on.. BUT added into my regular 3 days out of the month right before i get my ( . ) that i'm tired and run down.. HOLY MOLIE I'M BEAT!!! i KNOW i'll feel awesome and re-energized in 2 days, but right now 2 days seems like an eternity.. OH well, now to give you the run down on the 30 days that i'm into with a group.. I NEED THIS!! I've let things slide since loosing weight and feeling great.. think we all kind of get that.. I GOT IT NOW attitude where we can add some junk back into our lives and think we're ok to do it.. **WRONG** that junk is ADDICTIVE and TOXIC and sucks the LIFE right out of you, I'm so glad i recognized the signs as it was happening to me, before i got to far gone.. so i'm signed up for a friendly 30 day challenge to take control of my health & well being. these last 2 days are going good, they could be better, i didn't get all my water in me :( and will be working on this.. ttyl

Wow, It's been awhile :(

Yeah i'm still alive and remember who i am, i have just been so busy that i didn't check in on my blog in 4-EVA.. Sorry for slacking :( I've also been slacking with my Isagenix.. yup, but i signed up for Kimber Kings 30 day challenge, so I'm done slacking!! Time to get going and step up my Isagenix game.. I've been skating 3 days a week in Derby Practices and try to get in a bit of "on skates" time at home as well, I'm NOT going to worry about what could have been happening (changes physically) in the last 2 months if i would have been faithful.. BUT I will be tracking and journalling whats going on from NOW ON. I'm still better off at the end of year 2011 compared to the years before.. But I want to start off 2012 BETTER. (oh i even signed up for the Running Room's New Years Day Resolution Run. ttyl
