?? wth ??
Yup.. I think i feel ?? a muscle.. Ok Ok stop laughing!! everyone has them, so i MUST to right?? WELL last night at Derby practice we did DRILLS.. we've NEVER done them like that before, usually we strecth, skate.. do cones (cones, cones and more cones) but last night we KNEW we were in for something "different".. when your coach lines you up, timer and wistle in 1 hand and points to a lined trash can with the other hand and says "in the bucket & not on the floor" it only took us a second and a fleeting glance to know this was gonna be a practice unlike any practice we've ever had in our "newbie - fresh meat" life.. WELL after the skating, knee drops, sit-ups, push-ups, skating squats & 2 games of tag.. I didn't puke in the bucket or on the floor.. but i'll tell you i was sweating like a "whore in church"!! LOL.. looking forward to my Monday nights practice (i'll be missing this friday's practice with the "floor from Hell" because of my son's hockey game.. but i'll deffinately be doing some form of exercise to not LOOSE anything that i might have gained from this practice.. :)
