Well i weighed myself after doing 2 shake days & 2 cleanse days and i'm down -6.5lbs.. woo hoo, so the 3lbs i gained over my vacation are gone and took an extra 3.5lbs of there little buddies with them.. Crystal had taco bell yesterday and it smelled soooo good and i was thinking i haven't had some in a longgg time i thought i'd go back when i was on a shake day.. WELL after that loss this morning NO WAY am i heading there.. this loss is just what i need to get me closer to being smaller this summer, and no chicken quassadia or supreme style fry is going to do that. ttyl

Finished 2 shake days, they went great. JEEZ i LOVE my shakes, i really misssed them.. :) Starting my first cleanse day today, so far so good, but the only thing is it's cold & rainy here today so i lit the wood furnace to get the house all toasty warm.. seems i get a chill on my cleanse days.. Well when your drinking cold cleanse & Iced water all day it's kind of understandable, I can't wait to get back full swing in my shake/cleanse routine, i gotta get rid of the +3lbs i gained on my vacation and really want to lose weight for the summer.. Let's see what happens. ttyl

9 days starting April25/2011
Ok, I'm starting a 9 day cleanse tomorrow.. my vacation + Easter is over, i've just drank so much water in the last 4.5 hours it's crazy!! i slacked on the water while on vacation and just can't seem to get it in me quick enough tonight, i must be really dehydrated, i had 3 glasses of ice cold water before my ham supper .. and have been guzzling it down ever since. Well see you's tomorrow, i'll keep you's up to date with my progress.. ttyl

I'm Back!

Vacation is over and i'm back.. Back to reality, my daily routine and Isagenix, i brought it with me on my vacation and i did start off using it, but then i tapered off as the week progressed.. i got on the scale this morning to survey the damage done.. i gained 3lbs, well THATS not bad.. seeing that i ate 3 meals a day & desserts some days and DRANK more acohol than water.. i'm actually really surprised it's ONLY 3 pounds!! OH and the big news is... i wore a .. Bikini while i was there, i can hear the jaws dropping and hitting the table now.. hahaha, yup people were asking me if i packed a bikini, and i was like "No way in Hell" am i getting in one, what are you's freakin nuts!! well i stumbled across what would turn out to make a bikini (a bottom and a top) but wasn't actually matching pieces that wasn't bought AS a bikini but were bought separately just to Tan in on my back deck(mind you they were both black), so i figured what the heck everyone said bring it and wear it you'll see when you get there you'll blend right in.. well they were right, there might have been 2 women wearing tankini's on the beach and 100's wearing bikini's... mind you i'm not sure who looked out of place at one point on the beach..?? was it me in my bikini?? or the 75 yr old topless woman wearing a thong?? idk? well i'll be back with some pics (not me in a bikini or the 75 yr old woman.. LOL) but some of the beach/resort with more details.. ttyl

My Losses -vs- My Gains, & how it relates to the $

Yeah at first it seems expensive when you think about paying EVERY MONTH for your products, you log on and place your order and there it is.. Total Due: $ OUCH! (be it $150 or $300 or more) you think omg i hate to push the enter key to CONFIRM this!! But you do because you've tried everything else available to loose weight so what the hell one more time won't hurt.. But then 3 days later your box shows up at your door and you can't wait to open it to see "The Stuff" that you've got.. funny how i know whats coming (i ordered it!), it's came before, but i still can't wait to open it and see the products, I put them in there special place just for them, i bet you all the other foods in the cabinet are jealous, the other foods are just sitting there not being used, there just being pushed over to make place for my Isagenix, well in 2 weeks they'll be used.. the canned goods and boxed stuff that's there will be given away.. i won't use them i might as well get rid of them and let them be of use to someone else.. I only use fresh or frozen (whole foods) now, and i also have the energy to COOK + BAKE, if we want a treat i'll make it from real foods instead of buying prepackaged treats, if you don't know what it is or can't pronounce it.. you probably shouldn't eat it!!??
As for my losses': i've lost -23lbs so far, inches (i have to measure myself for the total), I've lost the feeling that i felt like crap, looked like crap & didn't give a crap!! bad habits diet pop, coffee, eatting out from being unorganized and lazy.. i've lost the LOST Feeling..
As for my gains: i've gained MY LIFE BACK, energy, mental clarity & well being, the desire to try & do new things to move and grow as a person.. I now have wants & goals for myself.. I don't restrict myself thru my thoughts.. i PUSH myself because i can do it.
It's only been 40 something days i've been on Isagenix and i feel i've gotten SO MUCH from this product, i've gotten back $258.00.. it's there i still can't believe it's there on my prepaid Visa/Debit card, but it will continue to grow with the results that REAL people get using this product, i've spent so much $$ on everything else, i have machines, dvd's, pills, products, suppliments that have not given me any results and they are sitting there.. so i have a proposition for you, if you still find Isagenix to expensive contact me i'll SELL at a BARGAIN PRICE my other products.. LOL ttyl

Woo Hoo i haven't been on my Isagenix backoffice for a bit (been catching up on year end paperwork), Soooo i went today & also checked my online Isagenix prepaid visa (because i'm still a Newbie @ the backoffice when it comes to $$ pay outs).. Sooo i check the visa.. and i have $$ more money!! woo hoo i didn't have to do anything for it, it's just there.. Honey START THE CAR!!! is how i feel again :) i'm so LOVING this, can you see my Smile?? Well i'm starting my last 2 cleanse days tomorrow.. i can't wait to see what happens, the scale hasn't really been moving .. BUT my clothes are fitting me looser :) the azz of my jeans is getting looser.. woo hoo.. well thats my update for now.. ttyl

Day 3 of 9.. Before my Vacation

Down -3lbs this mornig after 2 cleanse days.. woo hoo :), Jillian wasn't to bad to me yesterday so i'll do her workout again.. mind you when ever i head for a pee break i think about her!! my legs are stiff, and when i'm at my desk turning and bending for papers and files i can feel something in my stomach..?? i know everyone has abs .. but i seriously didn't think i did, but today i feel them.. something got worked in that workout.. :) Oh and i bought a pair of jean capris today.. they are 4 sizes smaller than the jeans i was wearing before starting this Isagenix journey, 3 sizes smaller would have FIT (but they didn't have that size) so since they were a good price and i don't NEED capris now.. i figure next month they'll be fine :) i'll post pics of me in them for sure!! ttyl

Day 2 of 9 before my vacation

Day 2 of cleasning.. not bad as usual, i keep getting a little chill, but it's understandable when your drinking lots of Iced water.. I would love a shake w/chocolate cream crisp bar in it, but i can wait til tomorrow. I did Jillian Michaels "No More Touble Zones" workout, lets see how i feel tomorrow!! she says try doing it for 5 days a week for best results.. hope i can, not like it'll make that much of a difference before i leave.. but anything is better than nothing.. I'll keep you's posted over the next 9 days.. ttyl

Ok, Rethinking while Waiting..

My delivery should be here TODAY before the end of the day.. woo hoo!! So i'll be starting my 9 day cleanse today, Right this very minute.. I have enough CFL to get me 1/2 way thru today, so it'll be no problem waiting for the "UPS" guy.. I rethought this, since my last cleanse day if i would have started this Wed would end on the 15th, the friday that we leave on our trip.. That wouldn't have been bad.. except for i wouldn't have DRANK all the water i should have during the day to get the full benefit of the last day of cleansing.. I would have hated to have to keep running to a washroom for PEE stops!! that would have been more than a LITTLE annoying.. Out of all the times i've been on a plane, I've NEVER ONCE stepped foot into an airplane bathroom, and i'd like to keep it that way... plus when you get to your destination, i'd rather grab my bags and be looking for my shuttle not a washroom that is usally packed with plane loads of people waiting for the use of the limited # of stalls.. Nope.. not for me, thank you very much! I'll keep you's posted :) ttyl
9:02 ok it's HERE.. and now that i look at my calendar i'm fine to start Wed.. it's thurs that i was going to start on.. My BAD!! so i'll actually give crystal the 1/2 day i mixed up and start fresh tomorrow.. :) good i'm gonna have a shake and put some Chocolate cream crisp bar in it..YUMMY!! then i'm hiding the box of bars from Alex!! if you see him around don't tell him i got more :)

Waiting,Waiting.. AGAIN :)

Yup, you read right, i'm waiting again for this months Isagenixs shippment to come in.. i kind of mind, but not really, i'm waiting for my supply so i can get going on MORE cleanse days.. We're leaving the 15th for vacation and i REALLY want to get a 9 day cleanse started :) it should be here Wed the 6th so i'll be ok.. i would of had enough for myself if my daughter Crystal wasn't using it also, thats why i Can't be upset that i ran out of CFL, she's using it and doing good, she's lost 10lbs so far, i just wanted to make sure i get my extra products that are still factory sealed into my suitcase before she opens them not knowing that i plan on bringing them on vacation with me. I will be on my 11th shake day when my shipment comes.. I'll keep you's posted on my 9 days progress/results. I'm still at -20lbs lost and started walking, it's been 4 days and i've gotten in 12.8km's
