Spring's Here!!! Time to shed the winter blah's and get in shape!

Ok, it's that time of the year when everyone gets on something to feel and look better for summer..  So i've weighed and measured myself on March 19th.. did a 2 day cleanse and lost -3lbs & -7 inches (and i cheated on the last day :( i was stressed and caved)

This morning's shake was SOOOOO GOOD!! i had 3 strawberries, 6 almonds, 3 teaspoon fulls of greek coconut yoghurt & and a bite of marble cheese for my mid morning snack today..  Lunch is gonna be a salad with cooked chicken & chick peas added to it.  mid afternoon snack is a fiber snack (bar).. supper tonight is a Shake and my night time snack will be a honey crisp apple with almond butter.  :)
