Fishnets, Knee highs & Bikers.. oh my!!
Yup, That's on my agenda for this friday Aug the 19th.. So Heck yeah i'll be doing a 2 day cleanse starting tomorrow, not just to whittle away a couple of pounds before walking around in my Skivvies ontop of my fishnets under a mini skirt, wearing knee high socks.. BUT to get back that awesome healthy feeling so when i head to a 2-3 hr practice after i feel like i OWNED the practice and not whipped by it..you know what i mean?? yeah, no it's about being out in PUBLIC in my Roller Derby Gear!! it's my first time.. i just might get hives and puke!! wouldn't that be cute?! ok, well if your out and about stop on by Friday night down on Main Street for Moto Moncton, and check out the bikes.. Make sure you stop on by the Registration table from 4-8pm and say hi to us.. Look for the awesome volunteers wearing their Dieppe Roller Derby tops & fishnets, miniskirts or booty shorts.. ttyl

Worst than Waiting.. is WATCHING!! while waiting..

Yup, as much as i enjoyed seeing the girls & Crocker (and brad our coach) watching them practice.. It was Pure torturous HELL!! HELLO, they had this huge awesome indoor rink (at the Kay arena). It's flat, smooth, oh and did i say huge, there was plenty of room for the 12-15 of them to skate, fall, jump & just plain horse around.. oh, i had fun taking some pictures of them and getting a feel for what a practice in such a big space will be like.. but omg I wanted to skate SO BAD!! :( Oh well, tonights Monday and there is another practice at the Dieppe arena, i'll be able to skate if i get there before others that are looking to rent gear.. Wish me luck :) ttyl

Ok.. the wait is killing me..!!

Yup.. This is WORSE than being a kid at Christmas time. I ordered my Roller Derby Gear and am waiting.. There's a practice tonight and i can't skate it (boo hoo sucks to be me).. I can go on Monday night, but i gotta get there early incase there's a line for rental gear.. (i'll be thinking of this all weekend!!) There's the regular wednesday night practice that i've gone to 2 times, which is 2hrs of fun, and some fustration.. but listen to this, Friday's & Monday's are 3hrs long!! woo hoo can you imagine.. yeah it won't take long for my gear to start smellin'.. and my stuff might only be in on Friday the 12th.. omg.. that's like in a hundred years!! ok not really but it feels like it.. I'll keep you's updated and try to get some pics up here. ttyl
